"We grieve because we love. We do not love without gaining more than we could ever lose."
When the death of a loved one or a life-changing event/loss occurs, we often feel overwhelmed and confused by a powerful mix of emotions. Many of us feel helpless in the midst of the changes and challenges we must face.
The Grief Leaf offers a safe haven for individuals and families during this difficult time, providing support and guidance throughout the Grieving Process.
"Healing comes from letting there be room for grief, for relief, for misery, and for joy." ~Pema Chodron
